5. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to approve the transfer of appropriations from the Committee of the Regions INF 3/2015, the Court of Auditors V/AB-08/T/15 and the European External Action Service 1/2015.

In accordance with Article 25, paragraph 1, point (a) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to raise no objection to the transfer of appropriations from the Ombudsman No 3/2015.

In accordance with Article 27, paragraph 4 of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Union had informed the Budgetary Authority of its approval of the transfer of appropriations DEC 26/2015 - Section III – Commission; DEC 27/2015 - Section III – Commission and DEC 28/2015 - Section III – Commission.

In accordance with Article 27, paragraph 3 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to approve the transfer of appropriations from the European Commission DEC 21/2015, DEC 22/2015, DEC 25/2015, DEC 26/2015, DEC 27/2015 and DEC 28/2015.
