The Polish authorities had forwarded a request to waive the parliamentary immunity of Robert Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz in relation to proceedings pending in respect of an administrative offence.

7. Sakharov Prize 2015 (announcement of the winner)

The President announced that the Conference of Presidents had decided to award the Sakharov Prize 2015 to the Saudi Arabian blogger Raif Badawi.

The Prize would be awarded on 16 December 2015 in Strasbourg.
