10. Delegated acts (Rule 105(6))

In accordance with Rule 105(6), the Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs had informed the President of Parliament that no objections had been raised with regard to:

- the JURI Committee recommendation to raise no objections to the Commission delegated regulation of 19 June 2017 replacing Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1896/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council creating a European order for payment procedure (C(2017)03984 – 2017/2747(DEA)) (B8-0437/2017)

- the JURI Committee recommendation to raise no objections to the Commission delegated regulation of 19 June 2017 replacing Annexes I, II, III and IV to Regulation (EC) No 861/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 July 2007 establishing a European Small Claims Procedure (C(2017)03982 – 2017/2748(DEA)) (B8-0438/2017).

If no objections to these recommendations are raised by a political group or at least 40 Members within 24 hours, they shall be deemed to have been approved. If this is not the case, they shall be put to the vote.

Both recommendations are available on the Europarl website for the duration of the current part-session.
