20. Transfers of appropriations and budgetary decisions

In accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Commission on Budgets had decided to approve transfers of appropriations DEC 17/2018 and DEC 18/2018 by the European Commission - Section III - Commission.

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to raise no objection to transfers of appropriations 1-INF/2018 and 2-INF/2018 - Court of Justice.

In accordance with Article 27(4) of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Union had notified the budgetary authority of the approval of transfers of appropriations DEC 11/2018, DEC 12/2018, DEC 13/2018, DEC 14/2018, DEC 15/2018, DEC 16/2018, DEC 17/2018 and DEC 18/2018 - Section III - Commission.
