Rule 177 : Right to vote (1)

The right to vote is a personal right.

Members shall cast their votes individually and in person.

Any infringement of this Rule is considered a serious breach of Rule 11 3.

(1) Rule 177 applies mutatis mutandis to committees (see Rule 209).
