    Odmítnutí zodpovědnosti: Tlumočení není autentickým záznamem jednání.

    Evropský parlament poskytuje simultánní tlumočení rozprav výhradně za účelem usnadnění komunikace mezi účastníky schůze a toto tlumočení v žádném případě není autentickým záznamem rozprav.


    Za autentický se považuje pouze původní projev nebo revidovaný písemný překlad takového projevu.


    V případě rozporu mezi simultánním tlumočením a původním projevem (nebo revidovaným písemným překladem tohoto projevu) má přednost původní projev (nebo jeho revidovaný písemný překlad).


    S výjimkou výslovného povolení Evropského parlamentu je použití záznamu tlumočení k jiným účelům než těm, které jsou uvedeny výše, přísně zakázáno.
