A camera waiting to be used

During this week's plenary session in Strasbourg MEPs will take a final vote on new EU telecom rules to safeguard internet access. Also on the agenda: the Copenhagen climate change summit, a vote on labels for more fuel- and cost-efficient tyres and preparations for the increased powers the EP will have under the Lisbon Treaty. The winner of this year's Lux Prize for cinema will be announced on Wednesday.
