Conditions (en)

It is free-of-charge to use the Europe House conference room. The room must be available on the day you wish to use it and the following conditions must be met:

  • the event has a clear European content
  • the event is not of a commercial nature
  • a list of participants is forwarded to the Europe House at the latest 24 hours before the event
  • if at all possible, the event takes place between 10.00 - 18.00

If the event falls after 18.00, the organizer will be asked to pay any additional cost incurred, such as security guards' overtime

The management of the Europe House makes the final decision concerning the use of the conference room.
