How to take part?

The EYE strives to promote equality with a strong commitment to accessibility for everyone.

All young Europeans, who are between 16 and 30 years old, can take part. To register, you need to form a group of minimum 10 people.

Participation at the EYE is free of charge. Participants need to arrange and cover their own travel and accommodation in Strasbourg.

Group registration will open in January 2020 on this website.

The European Parliament is committed to promote inclusiveness and civic engagement. Groups can apply under certain conditions for financial contributions.

The deadline for applications is Tuesday, 15th October 2019

Contribute to the EYE programme!

The EYE is an event for youth co-created with youth. Participants can propose and organise activities or stage artistic performances.

If you want to propose an activity or feel that you can contribute in any way to the EYE programme, please click on this link.

The deadline for submission of proposals is Sunday, 17th November 2019.

We are looking very much forward to your great ideas for:

- A tagline for EYE2020;

- inspiring speakers to enrich the EYE programme

- media partners to help us spread the word about EYE2020

But that's not all. If you complete the survey, you may opt to enter a competition to win a trip to EYE2020 with an all-access pass, should one of your ideas be selected. The deadline to complete the survey and enter the competition is 18th August 2019. Competition winners will be notified via e-mail at the end of August. To participate, you must be a resident of an EU member state and at least 16 years and not over 30 years of age at the time of EYE2020 (29-30 May). Any questions? Drop us an email on
