Take part!

Who can take part?
All young Europeans aged between 16 and 30 (as of June 2018), registered as a group of at least 10 people, from any EU Member State or another European country.

How to take part?
You will only be able to register as a group, with a minimum of 10 participants. Groups can only be registered by the group leader, who must be at least 18 as of June 2018 and can be older than 30. No individual registrations will be accepted.

When is the deadline?

Registration will open in October 2017 until 31 December 2017, or until the maximum number of registrations have been received. We therefore recommend registering early.

How to book activities?
All registered participants will be able to book activities in spring 2018, using their profiles on the registration website.

Costs and fees?
EYE2018 is completely free, but participants will need to cover their own costs for transport, accommodation and meals.

Participate online!

EYE2018 is not just for the young people participating in Strasbourg; anyone can also take part in it online...

Before the event kicks off, young people across Europe will be able to debate the five themes of the event online and take part in online competitions, which are set to be launched in the next few months.

Anyone not attending the event in person will be able to view a number of activities via web streaming and participate directly, by asking questions and dropping ideas on social media.
