With regard to VISA applications for PNG, please see below the requirements received from the PNG Embassy in Brussels:

The PNG authorities are committed to ensuring reliable, quick, safe local transportation for all participants from the airport, hotels, conference centre and receptions.
Members and staff who have provided their flight details to the EP travel office will be assured of transport from the airport to their hotels.

NGOs wishing to hold a fringe event during the session should complete the registration form and return it to: maura.delaney@europarl. europa.eu Please include on the form all relevant information concerning your proposed event i.e. nature of the event, date, time, what your requirements would be in relation to the holding of this event, etc. This information will be forwarded to the organisers in Papua New Guinea, who in turn should contact you concerning your needs.
