NGOs wishing to hold a fringe event during the session should complete the registration form and return it to:

Please include on the form all relevant information concerning your proposed event i.e. nature of the event, date, time, what your requirements would be in relation to the holding of this event, etc. This information will be forwarded to the organisers in Prague, who in turn should contact you concerning your needs.
