European Parliament Elections 2014: Debate Ireland's future in Europe, Trinity College Dublin, 19 March 2014

In the lead up to the European Parliament Elections 2014, students from universities across the country will debate the motion "This house believes that Ireland's future within the EU is bright" .  The event will be chaired by Paddy Smyth, Foreign Policy Editor of the Irish Times. Opposing the motion will be Sean Barrett, Senator and Senior Lecturer in the Economics Department of Trinity College and proposing the motion will be Alan Dukes, former TD and leader of Fine Gael. Starts 7.30 pm. All welcome
