Meeting with Holocaust survivors in Ireland, 24 April 2015

To mark the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the concentration camps, the European Parliament Information Office in Ireland is holding an event organised in cooperation with Holocaust Education Trust Ireland on Friday 24 April from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm during which Holocaust survivors living in Ireland will speak of their experiences.  Dr Balazs Apor of Trinity College Dublin will also reflect on the memory of the concentration camps in history.  Registration required.  The event takes place at the European Parliament Office, 43 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2.

The European Parliament Office, in cooperation with the supporting embassies, is also screening a series of five films related to this tragic episode in European history. The films will be shown between Tuesday 21 April and Wednesday 13 May from 6:00 pm.
