International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia & Biphobia

We are proud to support the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia & Biphobia.  Everyone has the right to equal treatment & opportunities regarding employment, social protection, education.

The theme this year for International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia & Biphobia is Alliances for Solidarity, which furthers human rights based on strong partnerships and collective action.

In 2018, LGBTI communities across the globe continue to experience discrimination on the basis of their sexual orientation.  The European Parliament remains committed to safeguarding their human rights and is marking the day by flying the Rainbow flag on its buildings, both in its three places of work (Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg)  and in the Member States.
