	Minister of Health (1998). Senator (1998-2004). Chairwoman of the Senate Committee on Health and Social Policy (2000-2002), member of the permanent delegation of the Czech Parliament to the WEU.
	Chairwoman of the International European Movement in the Czech Republic (2000-2002). Deputy Chairwoman of KDU-ČSL (Christian Democratic Union - Czechoslovak People's Party) (2001-2003).
