	Trainee in physical education and sports (1983-1986). Physical education and sports teacher (1986-1999). Yoga instructor (1999).
	Has held various offices in the Luxembourg Ecology Movement (since 1989).
	Member of the Executive Committee of the European Environmental Bureau (1989-1991).
	Member of the European Parliament (since 1999). Vice-Chairman of the Green Group in the European Parliament (2002-2004).
	Secretary of Friends of the Earth Europe (1995-1997).
