Reports - as rapporteur 
A rapporteur is appointed in the responsible parliamentary committee to draft a report on proposals of a legislative or budgetary nature, or other issues. In drafting their report, rapporteurs may consult with relevant experts and stakeholders. They are also responsible for the drafting of compromise amendments and negotiations with shadow rapporteurs. Reports adopted at committee level are then examined and voted on in plenary. Rule 55

Reports - as shadow rapporteur 
Political groups designate a shadow rapporteur for each report in the responsible committee to follow progress and negotiate compromise texts with the rapporteur. Rule 215

Opinions - as rapporteur 
Committees may draft an opinion to a report of the responsible committee covering the elements linked to their committee remit. Radi transparentnosti političkog procesa tumačenjem tog članka nalaže se da se u političkoj izjavi kluba zastupnika Europskog parlamenta utvrde vrijednosti za koje se taj klub zastupnika zalaže te glavni politički ciljevi koje njegovi članovi namjeravaju zajedno ostvarivati u okviru obnašanja svojega mandata. U izjavi se opisuje zajednička politička orijentacija kluba zastupnika, na konkretan, karakterističan i autentičan način. Na taj način omogućava se građanima Europske unije da imaju na jednom mjestu pristup informacijama i vrijednostima koje zastupaju klubovi u Europskom parlamentu što će olakšati i potaknuti razumijevanje politike na europskoj razini.
Ova izmjena će također objediniti stajališta stranaka iz različitih država članica u jednoj političkoj izjavi kako bi bilo jasnije građanima za koje se vrijednosti i glavne političke ciljeve zauzima pojedini klub u Europskom parlamentu. Na taj način pridonosimo razumijevanju i razjašnjavanju složenih procesa na europskoj razini na način da se na autentičan i konkretan način opiše politička orijentacija klubova.
Nadalje, sami zastupnici potpisivanjem ove političke izjave postaju svjesniji kojem vrijednosnom klubu pripadaju u Europskom parlamentu te ciljevima koje kao klub žele ostvariti te iz tog razloga podupirem ove promjene sve u vidu transparentnijeg demokratskog sustava koji služi svojim građanima.

Podržavam Prijedlog odluke Vijeća o sklapanju Protokola uz Sporazum između Europske zajednice i Kraljevine Danske o kriterijima i mehanizmima za utvrđivanje države odgovorne za razmatranje zahtjeva za azil podnesenog u Danskoj ili bilo kojoj drugoj državi članici Europske unije i sustava „Eurodac” za uspoređivanje otisaka prstiju za učinkovitu primjenu Dublinske konvencije proširenjem tog sporazuma na kazneni progon jer omogućuje tijelima kaznenog progona Danske da zatraže usporedbu podataka o otiscima prstiju na temelju podataka koje su druge države sudionice pohranile u bazu Eurodaca kad žele utvrditi identitet ili dodatne informacije o osobi koju se sumnjiči za teško kazneno djelo ili terorizam ili o žrtvi.
Tijelima kaznenog progona svih ostalih država sudionica, bilo drugim državama članicama EU-a ili pridruženim zemljama, omogućilo bi se da zatraže usporedbu podataka o otiscima prstiju na temelju podataka koje je Danska unijela i pohranila u bazu podataka Eurodac u iste svrhe.
Cilj je ovog protokola uspostaviti pravno obvezujuća prava i obveze kako bi se osiguralo učinkovito sudjelovanje Danske u elementima kaznenog progona. Protokolom se utvrđuje da sve države sudionice, bilo druge države članice EU-a, pridružene zemlje ili Danska, koje imaju pristup Eurodacu mogu u svrhu kaznenog progona pristupiti i podacima drugih država sudionica.

Podržavam Prijedlog uredbe Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća o uspostavi Obzora Europa – Okvirnog programa za istraživanja i inovacije te o utvrđivanju pravila za sudjelovanje i širenje rezultata jer istraživanje i inovacije ostvaruju prioritete građana, povećavaju produktivnost i konkurentnost Unije te su ključni za održavanje našeg društveno-ekonomskog modela i vrijednosti.
Predloženi novi program Obzor Europa nadograđuje uspjeh prethodnog okvirnog programa, Obzor 2020. Obzor Europa će ojačati znanstvene i tehnološke osnove EU-a kako bi pomogao u rješavanju glavnih globalnih izazova našeg vremena i pridonio postizanje ciljeva održivog razvoja te će povećati konkurentnost Unije i pomoći u ispunjavanju strateških prioriteta Unije.
Prema Komisiji, očekuje se da će novi program povećati BDP u prosjeku za 0,08 % na 0,19 % tijekom 25 godina i izravno generirati procijenjenu dobit do 100 000 radnih mjesta u aktivnostima istraživanja i inovacija u „fazi ulaganja” (2021. – 2027.). Očekuje se da će gospodarska aktivnost koju je proizveo program potaknuti neizravni dobitak do 200 000 radnih mjesta u razdoblju od 2027. do 2036., od čega će 40 % biti visoko kvalificirana radna snaga.
Prijedlog je u skladu s glavnim ciljem ulaganja 3 % BDP-a EU-a u istraživanje i razvoj te sam iz tog razloga podržala ovaj prijedlog.
