It's good that despite the post-referendum chaos the government has adopted a carbon budget which would reduce emissions by 57% by 2030.
But much like Brexit - where's the plan?

Nicola Sturgeon was in Brussels today. Here's an extract from what the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament had to say: "There are clearly no easy answers to any of the questions that lie ahead but the clear majorities in Scotland and Northern Ireland for remaining in the EU cannot be ignored. We have told First Minister Sturgeon that we support her desire to represent the Scottish interest in the negotiations once they begin, and that we support exploring all the options that allow Scotland to remain in EU.”
