Sprawozdanie(-a) jako sprawozdawca - Piąta kadencja Parlamentu Mark Francis WATTS

Sprawozdawcę wyznacza właściwa komisja parlamentarna. Opracowuje on sprawozdanie na temat wniosków o charakterze ustawodawczym lub budżetowym bądź na inne tematy. Podczas prac nad sprawozdaniem sprawozdawca może zasięgać opinii ekspertów i zainteresowanych stron. Sprawozdawcy odpowiadają również za opracowywanie poprawek kompromisowych oraz za negocjacje z kontrsprawozdawcami. Sprawozdania przyjęte na szczeblu komisji są rozpatrywane i poddawane pod głosowanie podczas sesji plenarnej. Artykuł 55
