        Organised by the Civil LIberties, Justice and Home Affairs Committee, the objective of the hearing is to address key elements of the EU external action with third countries on migration management and as regards the EU policy on return. The hearing will be structured into three discussion panels. The first panel will address the cooperation with third countries and the necessary democratic oversight, in particular as regards the Partnership Framework. The second panel will focus on the Mobility Partnerships as an instrument for dialogue and cooperation with partner countries and the third panel will deal with the EU return policy.
