        • The Committee on International Trade and the Subcommittee on Human Rights  will hold a hearing about human right and technologies. The hearing will address the threats to human rights of intrusive and surveillance technologies, looking at the various fields of use, the legal environment and the commercial implications.  The hearing will also provide information for the upcoming European Parliament own-initiative report on Human rights and technologies: the impact of digital surveillance and intrusion systems in third countries.
