- Workshop - Brexit and industry and space policy (15.00-16.00)
The aim of the workshop is to give Members the chance to explore in detail the impacts of Brexit on industry and space policy for the EU27. Three high level speakers will give a general overview of the potential impacts of Brexit; consider the implications for EU business; and examine the implications for EU space policy. Their presentations will be followed by a question and answer session with Members.
The workshop is organised by the Policy Department for Economic, Scientific and Quality of Life Policies at the request of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE).
Please note that no special registration is available for the workshop. While the workshop is in principle open to the public, you need to have access to the European Parliament to be able to attend. Alternatively you can follow the workshop via webstreaming.

They will also prepare their input for ASEAM summit to be held on 18-19 October in Brussels.

They will exchange experiences from previous elections, talk with MEPs and meet experts on the spread of information and disinformation. The conference will be opened by EP president Antionio TAJANI and Mariya GABRIEL, Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society.
