Ukraine: debate on latest developments and forthcoming local elections
The outcome of the 2 October summit in Paris, which brought together the leaders of Germany, Russia, Ukraine and France in the 'Normandy-format' for regular talks on eastern Ukraine, and the upcoming local elections are likely to top the agenda for the debate with Commissioner Věra Jourová, who will replace EU Foreign Affairs representative Federica Mogherini, on Wednesday afternoon.
A delegation of seven MEPs is being sent to observe the 25 October local elections in Ukraine.
