Parliament is sending a thirteen MEP strong delegation to Russia to meet representatives of Russian trade unions. MEPs will also discuss the role of the civil society within the EU and Russia with members of the Duma.
MEPs also travel to Thailand for a meeting with its parliament to discuss a Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, human rights and freedom of speech.
A delegation of the Committee on employment and social affairs travels to Cyprus to discuss measures to fight unemployment with the Cypriot presidency, parliamentarians, trade unions and employers' organisations.
