Pekel na zemlji, tovarna smrti, pokop človečnosti: to so bile besede poslancev v razpravi o položaju v največjem sirskem mestu Alepu. Poslanci so pozvali k ustavitvi sovražnosti in odprtju koridorjev za humanitarno pomoč. Nekateri poslanci so bili zelo kritični do vloge Rusije v konfliktu.
