03/09/1998 - Commission: modified legislative proposal
This amended proposal aims to take account of the legislative changes since the initial proposal for
codification of Directive 70/458/EEC on the marketing of vegetable seed was presented and of the
outcome of the Council's work on this proposal. This amended proposal also takes account of
amendments purely of form or wording by the Consultative Working Party of Legal Services set up
under the Interinstitutional Agreement of 20 December 1994 on an accelerated working method for
official consolidation of legislative texts, where these are considered justified.
