PURPOSE : to adapt the provisions relating to committees which assist the Commission in the exercise of its implementing powers laid down in Council instruments adopted in accordance with the consultation procedure (qualified majority).
COMMUNITY MEASURE : Council Regulation 806/2003/EC adapting to Decision 1999/468/EC the provisions relating to committees which assist the Commission in the exercise of its implementing powers laid down in Council instruments adopted in accordance with the consultation procedure (qualified majority).
CONTENT : the Council adopted two Regulations on comitology provisions laid down in Council acts which are subject to the consultation procedure and based, respectively, on unanimity or qualified majority voting within the Council.
