Parlamentariske forespørgsler og spørgsmål er forespørgsler og spørgsmål fra medlemmerne af Europa-Parlamentet til andre EU institutioner og -organer. Det er et instrument til direkte parlamentarisk kontrol med de øvrige EU institutioner og -organer.
De parlamentariske forespørgsler og spørgsmål inddeles i tre kategorier:

  • Mundtlige forespørgsler behandles på Parlamentets møder og opføres på Parlamentets dagsorden. De kan evt. opfølges af en beslutning ( artikel 136)
  • Spørgsmål til spørgetiden stilles på de tidspunkter, som afsættes hertil under plenarmøderne ( artikel 137)
  • Forespørgsler til skriftlig besvarelse ( artikel 138)
