Answer given by Mr Dalli on behalf of the Commission

The Commission responded to a query from a company based in the UK concerning the use of colouring in fish baits in December 2011. Apart from this, there was no specific communication with the UK fish bait sector or their representatives on the impact and implementation of Regulation (EC) No 767/2009(1).
