The Instrument Contributing to Stability and Peace (ICSP), set up under Regulation (EU) No 230/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014, has been allocated a budget of EUR 2 338 719 for the period 2014-2020.

With reference to Article 1(4), Article 3(1) and (2), and Article 4 of the regulation, can the Commission specify:

• 1.which countries have received funding under the ICSP;
• 2.how much funding those countries have received;
• 3.under what circumstances the ICSP has been used?
