Will the Commission investigate whether there is any link between the tax avoidance schemes for corporations established in Luxembourg between 1995 and 2013 and the levying by Luxembourg since 2012 of an illegal rate of 3% VAT on e-books (which is the subject of enforcement case number 2012/2098), and whether any particular company has benefited from that illegal rate?
