The Commission is currently examining a complaint against the Danish group Velux for abuse of dominant position.

1. What stage has been reached in the investigation of this case?2. What action has the Commission taken or is it planning to take to investigate the alleged abuse of a dominant position through predatory pricing in the light of the comprehensive evidence and expertise presented during the procedure, including in the report drawn up in accordance with Commission guidelines by Ernst & Young, which shows that in 10 central and eastern European countries and one western European country Velux is systematically selling its products at below average total cost (ATC), and in three of the countries Velux prices are close enough to the average avoidable cost (AAC) that in practice the company may be setting its prices at below AAC?
