Further to Question P-006636/2016 and the reply from Commissioner Corina Creţu on co-financing the adaptation of housing for the elderly from the European Structural and Investment Funds, I should like to put some additional questions:

• 1.Does the EU legislation that regulates the use of European Structural and Investment Funds for the current period financial and operational period set out the dates/deadlines, prior to which Member States cannot initiate procedures to amend national operational programmes?
• 2.Can Croatia initiate amendments to the ‘Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020’ operational programme?
• 3.What is the procedure for amending operational programmes?
