The Portuguese Government intends to push for changes to be made to the text of the operational programmes which make up the Portugal 2020 Partnership Agreement, including adjustments to their financial schedules.

1. Has the Commission already received the Portuguese Government’s proposals for changes to the Partnership Agreement and/or its operational programmes?

2. Have the negotiations between the national authorities and the Commission already begun?

3. When does the Commission expect the national authorities to submit their proposals and when will the Commission accept them?
