  Mantovani (PPE-DE), rapporteur. – (IT) Mr President, the oral amendment consists of a social measure. In paragraph 14, letter s, where it refers to attention to the care needs of those in rural communities, I would add ‘‘and mountain communities’’. This is also in honour of the International Year of Mountains and the many mountains we have in Europe.
