  David Martin (PSE), in writing. I voted in favour of granting discharge to the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction. However, with the flow of drugs apparently on the increase and the level of addiction rising particularly among some of Europe’s most deprived communities I would like to see the Centre raise its profile and make a more significant contribution to tackling these problems.
