David Martin (PSE), in writing. I voted for this excellent report. Disabled people have the right to be in a position where they can make the same individual choices and have the same control in their everyday life as non-disabled people. This clearly emphasises the need for an environment that enables disabled people to be as independent as possible. The recommendations in this report, if implemented, would take us a long way down that worthwhile road.
