  Vladimír Maňka (S&D), in writing. – (SK) The proposal amends Council Regulation (EC) No 378/2007 by adding one provision of the implementing acts (Article 4(1)) – the use of implementing act provisions in these articles is elaborated in Articles 6a and 6b.

Following the recent conclusion of a Common Understanding on practical arrangements for the use of delegated acts (Article 290 TFEU), as well as the conclusion of the procedure on the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council laying down the rules and general principles concerning mechanisms for control by Member States of the Commission’s exercise of implementing powers, I agree with the rapporteur’s proposal to update the version of the legal text related to committee procedures, including the wording agreed to by Parliament and Council.
