Christofer Fjellner (PPE), Blue-card answer. – Madam President, I am trying to be perfectly honest with Mr Leichtfried. I said at the very outset we need international cooperation, and ACTA is a good basis for that.

However, the difference between you, Mr Leichtfried, and me is that I want to listen to the highest juridical court before I take this vote. I think that is acting seriously. I think the question would actually be the same to you. What are you afraid of? What are you afraid that the European Court of Justice will say which makes it so desperately important for you to vote before we have heard what they say? That is actually my question.
