  Claude Moraes (S&D), in writing. − This report ensures uniform protection levels for citizens across the EU. With the rise of e-commerce and such a large internal market, having no misleading of consumers by ambiguous labelling is vital for trust in the single market, and consequently for growth. Therefore I was happy to support S&D amendments to this report.
