Jim Higgins, Seán Kelly, Mairead McGuinness and Gay Mitchell (PPE), in writing. − The Fine Gael MEPs abstained on the final vote on the report on practical arrangements for the holding of the European elections in 2014, by Andrew Duff (A7-0219/2013). This report referred to a Parliament resolution of 13 March 2013 on the composition of the Parliament with regard to the elections in 2014, calling for a reduction of Ireland’s European Parliament seats to 11.
