  Claudette Abela Baldacchino (S&D), in writing. - The report calls amongst other issues on the European Investment Bank (EIB) to update its climate change strategy before the end of 2015. It focuses also on the EIB’s governance, compliance and control framework, on strengthening the support for SMEs and on the EIB’s contribution to the EU’s external policies. It also calls for transparency.
