Jill Evans (Verts/ALE), in writing. - I voted in favour of this report as many amendments that were tabled by my Group were adopted, such as more transparency, minimum measures for monitoring and surveillance of GMOs and many good amendments on animal welfare and seeds. I have received many e-mails from constituents who are concerned about what the EU is doing to ensure the welfare of our animals as well as the production of food and the protection of our plants.
