Jan Zahradil (ECR), blue-card answer.– I do not see the necessity of introducing any new measures or any new instruments. I think, and I can only repeat what my predecessor Mr Kukan has said, that we are in the course of a negotiation process. I think that the trustworthiness of any international organisation, and the European Union first and foremost, should be measured also according to whether it is able to fulfil its promises. Once we have started the negotiation process we have to go on with that and we have to make a final evaluation at the end of this process, not stop it in the meantime or change the conditions in the meantime.
