  Kay Swinburne (ECR), in writing. ‒ I voted in favour of this final agreement, which provides for the Commission to repeal existing laws relating to certain lactoproteins (caseins and caseinates) and to replace them with a new directive. I broadly support the REFIT programme and I support measures such as this, which will level up current EU practice in food law to international World Health Organisation standards.
