A global strategy for the EU's Foreign and Security Policy (debate)
Elmar Brok (PPE), blue-card answer. – I must say that I have not understood the question. But I think that the whole European Union, as I said in my speech, must have the same quality of security – founding members or non-founding members. I believe that it is in our interest that international law is kept, which means the territorial integrity of a country and the sovereignty of a country. Therefore, we should help those of our eastern neighbours whose principles are under attack, economically and politically.
