EU action plan against wildlife trafficking (debate)

Emma McClarkin (ECR), blue-card answer. – Mr President, if I can beg your time on this, he has actually referred his question directly to the rapporteur. So I do not know how I can answer a question that is referred directly to the rapporteur. Is the rapporteur able to answer this question, one might ask? Personally, I do not believe that trophy hunting is a suitable way to tackle this problem. But Mr President, I leave it to your discretion as to who answers this specific question.
