Water management in Europe

to the Commission

In view of, firstly, the recent floods in France, Italy, Portugal and the UK and, secondly, the existence of large construction projects in some Member States which may reroute or distort traditional drainage networks, has the Commission sought clarification from the Member States of the implications of any large water construction projects for future water management in Europe?
