Following the recent Presidency Conference on Adaptability and Adjustment to Change in the Workplace (26-27.2.2004), could the Council comment on the outcome of these discussions, with particular regard to restructuring, in the context of the recently completed dialogue with the social partners and the timetable for these to be addressed in future revisions of the Workers Directive?
