Has the Council sought information about the recent clashes between Syrian Kurds and the Syrian army, and what is the Council 's response to them?

 

Can the Council ascertain the causes of the unrest, which led to many deaths, and whether it is due to the poor relations between the Syrian authorities and the Syrian Kurds?

 

Will the Council raise this issue in the margins of the talks on the association agreement between Syria and the EU?
